Returns Policy

Stock mosaics, tiles and cement.

To initiate a return please send us an email to sales@mosaicmorocco.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
If the items are eligible and approved for a return, we will gladly accept the items 45 days from purchase date. The customer is responsible for the non-refundable shipping fees for the return transaction.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not open or modify the product in any way). Please email the tracking number information to sales@mosaicmorocco.com.
Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping fees.

Customized mosaics, tiles and cement.

No return or refunds will be issued for custom made orders.
