We currently ship throughout the continental United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Processing Time: In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Handmade, custom, or special-order tiles may require additional processing time depending on production requirements.
Shipping Methods:
- Small orders may ship via UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers
- Larger or bulk orders may ship via freight delivery
Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.
Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on destination, carrier, and product availability.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
3. Freight Deliveries
Due to the weight and fragility of tile products, some orders may require freight shipping.
- Freight deliveries are curbside only, unless otherwise arranged
- The customer is responsible for moving products from the curb to their location
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for delivery
Important Inspection Requirement:
Please inspect all shipments carefully before signing the delivery receipt (bill of lading). If any damage is visible, note it clearly on the receipt and take photos before accepting the delivery.
4. Damage and Claims
We take great care in packaging our products; however, due to the fragile nature of tile and handcrafted materials, damage may occasionally occur during transit.
Visible Damage at Delivery
- Do not refuse the shipment
- Clearly note all damage on the bill of lading before signing
- Take detailed photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us immediately at the information below for assistance
Concealed Damage
If damage is discovered after delivery, you must notify us within 2 business days of receipt.
Please include photos and your order number when submitting a claim.
Resolution
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution in accordance with our refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking information shows no movement or indicates delivery but you have not received your order:
- Contact the carrier using your tracking number
- Notify our support team immediately
- We will assist in filing a claim and resolving the issue
If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement or refund based on our Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
